Join a Community Group!
Being a part of a Community Group is a great way to make meaningful connections with others at Grace. Our Community Groups are open for anyone to attend and take place at a variety of times and locations. To explore the possibilities for you, pick up a sheet at the Information Booth in the lobby or visit our website - and let us know if we can help you plug in!

Membership Class
“All About Grace” is a two-week class designed to introduce you to the purpose, strategy, and structure of Grace Church.  The class, led by Tom Lewellen and Paul Cronenwett, will be held on two consecutive Sundays, October 14 & 21 from 9:30am – 11:00pm (during the first worship gathering) in Tom’s Office.  Please sign up at the Information Booth.

Homework Help
Homework Help re-launched on Monday, September 17!  This Grace Church ministry seeks to glorify God by meeting educational needs and providing weekly help to all students in grades K-12 living in the Cedarbrook Estates community.  We meet at the Cedarbrook Clubhouse on Mondays from 4:45 – 6:00pm. For more information or to volunteer, stop by the Information Booth in the lobby or contact Trish Brown at 248.736.5415.

A Return to Houston
One year has passed since Hurricane Harvey hit the Houston area, and efforts are still underway to repair and restore homes. The Home Missions Team is planning our second trip to help families in need get their homes repaired so that they can once again live in them. Trip activities could range from demolition to hanging drywall to painting.  The trip is scheduled for November 10-17. All skill levels are welcome! If you're interested in joining the team or just finding out more information, please call Todd Westerman at (248) 990-5104, or sign up at the Information Booth.

Community Group Blanket Drive
One of our Community Groups is collecting new or gently used clean blankets, comforters, sleeping bags and bath towels to benefit the homeless in the metro Detroit area.  (Additional items for donations: hats, gloves, scarves, socks, travel size toiletries, individual size bottled water and individual snacks.)  Donations are being collected through Sunday, October 28. Please contact Joanne Hicks at 248.933.3122 to have your donations picked up, or drop them off in the box in the middle closet in the lobby. Thanks!

Grace Men's Euchre League
The Grace Men’s Euchre League is set to begin next Monday, October 8 at Grace.  Play starts at 7:00 pm on the second and fourth Mondays of the month, October through March.  The league is open to men of Grace 18 years and older, and their friends and family members. You can sign up as a 2-man team, or as a single and we will pair you up with a partner.  Please sign up at the Information Booth or contact Steve Varilone at steve@briodevelopment.com with any additional questions.
