The GraceVine

Thanks for subscribing to the Grace Church GraceVine! Below you will find a few highlights of what’s happening in the life of our Church Family. For more information, feel free to reply to this email, visit us online, or talk to someone personally. We hope to see you at Grace this weekend!

Good Friday and Easter Services
Good Friday: We hope you will join us on Friday, April 19 for either a special afternoon gathering at 1:00pm or a 7:00pm evening service in the auditorium as we pause and draw our hearts toward the cross. Nursery and toddler care will be available.

Easter Sunday:  On Sunday, April 21, we'll be turning our attention to the empty tomb and celebrating the resurrection together during three identical morning services at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:15am. Nursery and toddler care will be available at 8:00, and classes for all children will happen at 9:30 and 11:15am. We hope you can join us for this significant morning — and feel free to invite a friend!

A Note from Jesse Smothers
One of our college students is on a nine-month mission trip to three different locations. Last week, he sent a letter to "Pastor Tom, All the Staff, and the Whole Congregation.” Take a moment to read a copy at the Information Booth. Here is one highlight:
"For the past few months in South Africa we've been going out into the communities called squatter camps and sharing the gospel.... We also went to Pietermaritzburg one week and were able to go to ten schools and speak to over 4,000 students.... I really want everyone to know how much I appreciate and love them!"

Join A Community Group!
Being a part of a Community Group is a great way to make meaningful connections with others at Grace. Our Community Groups are open for anyone to attend and take place at a variety of times and locations. To explore the possibilities for you, pick up a sheet at the Information Booth in the lobby or visit our website - and let us know if we can help you plug in!

Homework Help
Homework Help is a Grace Church ministry that seeks to glorify God by meeting educational needs and providing weekly help to all students in grades K-12 living in the Cedarbrook Estates community.  We meet at the Cedarbrook Clubhouse on Mondays from 4:45 – 6:00pm. For more information or to volunteer, please contact Trish Brown at 248.736.5415.
